Some products at VOLCANOIR may be offered as a subscription. This policy explains how subscription purchases can be managed or canceled.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries according to the frequency selected at checkout.

Your payment details will be stored securely and charged for each recurring order unless the subscription is canceled before the next billing date.

You may cancel, skip, or manage your subscription at any time through your customer account or through the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation and subscription emails.

If a subscription order has already been processed or fulfilled, that order cannot be canceled. Any return or refund requests after fulfillment are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

VOLCANOIR may update this policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or service changes.
