Shipping policy
Volcanoir delivers with the same precision and intention that define our coffees. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from Miami, Florida to ensure freshness, consistency, and reliable service.
Processing Times
All coffees are freshly roasted and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. During high-demand releases or limited editions, processing may take up to 5 business days to maintain quality standards. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST are processed the following business day.
Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Domestic orders are shipped from Miami, Florida using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
Available shipping options include:

Transit times are estimates after dispatch and may vary based on destination, weather conditions, and carrier performance.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
Volcanoir currently ships within the United States only. International shipping may be introduced in the future when logistics and quality controls allow.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, every order receives a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, the external packaging, and the shipping label.
If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us and we will assist with the carrier investigation and next steps.
If a shipment is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, your building’s reception/mailroom, and the carrier’s delivery location details. We can help you request a carrier trace when available. Please note that we generally cannot issue refunds for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier; however, in select cases, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Address Accuracy
Volcanoir is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Address changes after an order is placed are not guaranteed. Please review all information carefully before completing your order.
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order — once an order is in processing, we may be unable to update the shipping address.
