Refund Policy

Because coffee is a perishable consumable, we generally do not accept returns of roasted coffee once it has been shipped. If there is an issue with your order, we will make it right.

Eligibility (Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders)
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@volcanoir.com with your order number and photos of the product, external packaging, and shipping label. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Unopened Returns (Non-Consumable / Unopened Items Only)
If you received an item that is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting info@volcanoir.com. Return instructions and the return address will be provided upon approval. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for opened coffee or consumable goods, gift cards, sale items, or any item not in its original, unopened condition.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged on arrival).

Refunds
If your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

European Union (14-day cooling-off period)
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days. This right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, including opened coffee. Eligible returns must be unopened and in original packaging.
